Key Responsibilities:
You will…

  • Carry out a range of technical work from routine service and maintenance, to repair and diagnostic work to pre-delivery inspections.

  • Use state-of-the-art diagnostic systems and methods to complete repair and maintenance jobs.

  • Work within the depot and travel to customer sites in the surrounding area to work on their premises.

  • Demonstrate and install machinery where needed.

  • Work closely with the parts department to accurately select required parts.

  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.

  • Complete relevant administration, including job card and warranty paperwork.

Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be…

  • Experience with agricultural machinery, engines, electrics, hydraulics, and diagnostics.

  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.

  • Able to work under pressure and to deadlines.

  • Good IT skills.

  • Full UK Driving Licence.
