Service Supervisor
Are you an experienced Service Supervisor looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment?
Do you have strong technical knowledge of machinery and the ability to manage a busy service department efficiently?
Are you confident in booking in repairs, scheduling engineers, and handling job cards, invoices, and warranties?
Location of the Job:
Based at the depot in Somerset, visiting customers and other depots, as required.
Salary and Benefits Package:
Paying up to £37,000 per annum depending on experience.
Auto-enrolment pension as standard.

Additional information:
This is a permanent full-time position.
Opening hours 8am - 6pm weekdays, 8am - 1pm Saturdays. Saturday working on rotation.
At times you may be expected to perform duties outside of this job description to ensure the maintenance of a high-level service to our customers.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Supervisor in Somerset. You will thrive working in a busy environment, where you can demonstrate your organisational and customer service skills along with a technical knowledge of machinery that is in for repair.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for assisting them and the rest of the team with the day to day running of the Service Department and in conjunction with the service manager.

Booking in customers machinery for repair.
Tasking the workshop engineers each day with scheduling jobs.
Processing job cards, orders, invoices, warranty and handling payments.
Assisting with technical issues over the phone.

An ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a multi-franchise environment.
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels of the business, maintaining and upholding company standards.
Excellent customer relationship skills, both face to face and over the phone.
Strong and up-to-date IT skills.
To be self-motivated and able to work under own initiative.
Technical knowledge of machinery is desirable.
