The Job Role Details:

Due to expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, ambitious individual with a strong work ethic to join their team as a Garden Centre Operations Manager.

The role covers all aspects of retailing including stock management, Customer service, Payroll, HR and many more.

Seeking a strong team leader with several year's experience and a modern way of thinking. You will be encouraged to learn, share new skills, and develop whilst given many opportunities to take your own initiative and responsibilities to achieve great results and growth both personally and within the company.
