About The Company:

A specialist dealership of new and used Agricultural and Farming Machinery.

The Job Role Details:

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sale of agricultural machinery, both new and used in a designated area. You will be required to visit customers and maximize sales opportunities in an effective and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
You will…

  • Be the first point of contact for new and existing customers within your sales territory.
  • Manage customer relationships and encourage your customers to be loyal to you and the company.
  • Work to tight schedules and always return your calls, customers like quick responses and this can greatly assist in winning the business.
  • Identify sales prospects before visiting the customer.
  • Use the manufacturer and company promotions to generate business.
  • Work hard to sell the company stock first wherever possible.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
  • Overcome sales objections and ask for the business at the appropriate point.
  • Visit and prospect all customers across your assigned territory.
  • Work closely with the whole sales team to meet group sales targets.
  • Maintain up to date product knowledge by attending regular in house and manufacturer training.
  • Maintain all CRM records.
  • Prospect across all business sectors.
  • Demonstrate agricultural machinery equipment where necessary.

  • Exceptional customer service skills both face to face and over the telephone.
  • Solid understanding of the latest agricultural machinery.

  • Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail.
