Dealership Co-Ordinator

Location of the Job:

Office-based in Central Wales.

Salary and Benefits Package:

Paying a basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per year depending on experience.

Additional information:

  • This is a permanent full-time position.

  • This excellent job opportunity offers you the chance to progress and grow within the department as it expands, but also within the business.

  • Fully-office based role.

  • Flexible working hours to be discussed - Ideally full time 8am - 5pm, 5 days a week. But happy to consider later-alternative hours 9am - 4pm.

  • 4 day working week could also be considered with longer working hours during the 4 day working week - to be discussed with employer.

About The Company:

A specialist Agricultural Equipment Dealership in Central Wales.

The Job Role Details:

This is a great opportunity for you to support the admin for the Sales Manager and Head Mechanic within this specialist equipment dealership in Central Wales.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the workshop diary and bookings (Customer & Fleet).

  • Processing all job sheets, invoicing and follow up.

  • Pro-active customer care follow up's - post sale, service due, warranty extensions etc.

  • Sales administration (invoicing, forms for hiring machines outs)

  • Stock location, managing movement of vehicles between sites.

  • Ordering - Purchase orders/ GRN's, liaising with workshop on min part quantities.

  • Improving efficiency of department - streamlining systems.

  • Meeting targets and managing finances of the department (Monthly meeting review & stats)

Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be…

  • Proven experience in a similar Service or Workshop Advisory role.

  • An understanding of the Agricultural and Farming sector is preferred but not essential.

  • Excellent with customers, able to work on the phone and provide a good level of customer service.

  • Good organisational skills.

  • IT literacy skills.
