Salary and Benefits Package:
Paying £43,000 - £47,000 basic salary depending on experience.

This is a permanent full-time position.

The Job Role Details:
As the Commercial Product Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting, steering and growing the business.
As well as supporting and training the department by developing commercial activities, you will also transfer your product knowledge in order to achieve maximum market potential of the business.
You will be responsible for:
Training support;
Provide training and coaching to the Sales Advisors, Customer Care Managers and Service Managers on company solutions, sales tools and transferring product knowledge.
Listen to the business, stakeholder and market feedback creating strategy to overcome risks to adoption.
Act as point of contact for the team concerning commercial and technical questions about the company product range.
Prepare training material relevant to the business segment.
Monitor sale pipeline, accurately reporting KPIs to your Manager.
Innovate, execute and record commercial activities in line with the corporate strategy.
New Product Introduction;
Ensure that New Product Introduction is correctly implemented within the portfolio segment.
Prepare and adjust training materials based on input.
Distribution Development;
Support the sales funnel management and assure use of CRM tooling.
Assist in the development of your Development Support Budget Plans.
Stakeholder Management;
Actively grow the company leading reputation in the field while maintain industry relations.
Continuously inform you team about market trends, solutions, management practices.
Management & Organisation;
Develop and execute marketing actions within the marketing plan (e.g., advertisements, articles, press releases, national shows, open days, farm visits);
Provide input for drawing up the company budgets based on market data and analyses.
Develop your local market knowledge.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be…
Agricultural / Farming / Dairy experience.
Strong sales and commercial acumen gained within a similar position.
Machinery background - ideally within agriculture, dairy or farming.
Excellent relationship builder.
A valid UK driver's license.
