The Job Role:
As an Agricultural Consultant you will be providing advice and support to clients within the industry.
The Company:
A provider of consultancy services into the agricultural and related industries.
Location: East of England
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 depending on experience + benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Providing management and strategic advice to an established, diverse range of Estates and Farming clients throughout the East and Southeast of England.
Identifying diversification projects.
Developing your own portfolio through the newly created Future Farming Resilience Fund.
Utilising some of the most progressive tools in the industry to dig deeper into your client's opportunities.
Preparing financial evidence on which to base your advice.
Researching and advising on rural grant funding and subsidy schemes.
Bench-marking business performance and provision of associate advice.
Liaising with professional, industry stakeholders.
Candidate Skills and Requirements:
Desire to provide high quality advice to farmers and landowners
Skilled in maintaining and developing relationships
The ability to function both as a strong team player and a focused individual
Excellent analytical and numerical abilities
Great communication skills both written and oral
An aptitude for problem solving
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
An ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
