Agricultural Machinery Branch Manager
Location of the Job:
North Wales - suitable candidate must be within 1 hour's commute of the depot.

The Job Role Details:
As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall profitability and performance of the branch, as well as the achievement of the business plan objectives.
You will be in charge of customer experience as well as employee engagement at the branch. Providing leadership in evaluating, allocating, and managing human, physical and financial resources for the depot. Optimising the profitable growth of the business, the personal growth of employees and the satisfaction of customers.

Manage the business plan and achieve financial performance, including sales, budgets and cost control, according to established goals.
Manage 4 direct reports.
Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with all new and existing customers and resolve any critical customer issues.
Ensure that appropriate communication takes place within and across all departments, which may include leading regular department management staff meetings and all-employee meetings.
Communicate the company values, principles, vision, and mission.
Adhere to all Health and Safety compliance matters.
Communicate with Branch Managers from other company depots, to implement best practices and consistent processes for all departments within the company.
Ensure the successful planning and execution of marketing activities and events.
Oversee maintenance, security and a professional appearance of the facility and depot.
Recruit, develop and coach staff and effectively manage your team and employees.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be…
Good knowledge of agricultural and farming machinery and equipment.
Experience in a dealership working environment.
Experience in Parts or Service or Sales Management - preferred.
Excellent customer facing skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Solid analytical, business planning, problem solving and communication skills.
Knowledge of financial metrics, marketing experience and an understanding of sales, parts and service operations.
