Saskia has experience in Recruitment, HR and commercial Archaeology. She has a natural curiosity about people and has an ability to build rapport easily. She thrives on project-based goal orientated work. She loves learning and has a real interest in Sustainability and Regenerative Farming. She enjoys spending time in nature; also living in the countryside there are lots of beautiful walks to enjoy with her family and dogs. She has enjoyed having ponies and some sheep as their grazing companions over the years.
Saskia has friends and family in the Farming Sector and always likes to visit their ongoing projects, such as their transition from a dairy herd to beef, to also seeing the next generation implement regenerative practices like the introduction of mob grazing.
Saskia enjoys a project and has been renovating their old farmhouse with her husband, also planting trees and hedges. They have three children together, all of whom have thrived growing up in a small rural community.
Saskia enjoys keeping fit, through yoga, running and dog walks. Her hobbies include photography, upholstery and making natural soaps using locally grown ingredients and flowers collected from her garden.
